  • To add you to the private WhatsApp group for your cohort
  • To send you Zoom session invitations and reminders
  • To issue tax invoices for medical aid claims

  • Registration data: Retained for the duration of your programme participation plus 12 months for follow-up support and record-keeping.
  • Invoice and payment records: Retained for 5 years as required by South African tax law.
  • WhatsApp group messages: Managed within WhatsApp; groups are archived after programme completion.
